In an effort to comply with ACPE regulations, please refer to the documents and forms included on this webpage. The content of Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) activities must be based on evidence as accepted in the literature by healthcare professionals.

How to Apply for CE Credit

To apply for accreditation, please complete the Part I – Activity Information form at least 6-8 weeks in advance. Submit the typed form to CPD@stlcop.edu. Following submission, you will be contacted with additional information (Part II). Wait for this email before submitting the Part III – Activity Planning form and the Faculty Disclosure Form.
